We loved the Gulf Front Balcony Suite! Super spacious and comfy. The little kitchenette was a lifesaver for quick snacks. Plus, the retro decor was cute and set a fun vibe. Everything was clean, and you could feel the old Florida charm. The balcony view was amazing for sunsets. Just steps from the beach, which was perfect. Best part? The beds were really comfy, I slept like a baby!

We loved this family-owned hotel with its warm sun and white, sandy beaches! There were so many activities to keep my kids entertained, including a mini-golf course and giant chess. The location was fantastic.
My kids wished there were bigger bathrooms for families.

The pool was perfect, and we loved the mini-golf and beach activities close by. We spent time at the tiki bar with Chris for some great sunset drinks and enjoyed the cozy ambiance. It’s a short walk to local bars and shops which made it even better!
The only downside was the lack of daily housekeeping, which we only found out about at check-in. Not a big deal, but it caught us off guard.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy at night.

Direct beach access is a total win. I love the retro design vibe. It gives the place character that’s hard to find in a cookie-cutter hotel.
That air conditioner? A real sleeper distraction-loud enough to need earplugs, for sure. The entryway's slippery doormat felt like an accident waiting to happen. Having to remove it after almost wiping out twice wasn't great. The bathrooms were cramped. You better have your choreography down if you're sharing the space. Some updates are definitely needed. The furnishings could use a refresh to get rid of that musty smell hanging around.

The Plaza Beach Hotel, Beachfront Resort has a charming, retro vibe with lovely decor that resonates with nostalgia. The beachfront accessibility made it easy for me to enjoy beautiful sunsets and relax without any difficulties.
More seating in common areas for seniors would help.

Yo, the dining scene around here is lit! Chris's Beachside served up some killer seafood that had my taste buds dancing. Plus, the outdoor picnic area was perfect for soaking in the beach vibes. The room was rad too, beach access and fun activities galore.
But phew, that air conditioner had me tossing and turning! And that slippery doormat at the entryway? Almost ate it twice—definitely not the welcome mat I signed up for.
